– Generally up to 75% LTV. 80% LTV on exception cases
– 1st / 2nd / 3rd mortgages
– Loan sizes from $100,000 to $10,000,000

– Most areas in BC. Urban areas preferred
– Suburban properties may have a lower loan to value
